Below is a breakdown of my experience, organized by specific areas:
Product Management
I had the opportunity to work on a major app with millions of downloads across both the App Store and Play Store. In recent months, I've been fully dedicated to the company's flagship project, PlantSnap, which is now available in 16 languages.

Designed and developed new features from the ground up
Created MVP concepts for internal apps from scratch
Developed wireframes and user flows to guide app functionality
Built prototypes to demonstrate feature and app behaviors
Pitched feature ideas to clients for feedback and approval
Conducted competitive research to stay ahead in the market
Prepared statistical reports on user behavior and funnels
Created low-fidelity designs when needed
Enhanced monetization strategies through analytics
Primarily focused on mobile apps, with experience in web projects
Crafted detailed product documentation and facilitated design handoffs
Softwares used: CleverTap, Whimsical, Figma, Mobbin, Notion, Loom, Typeform
Project Management
I was initially hired as a Project Manager, but I quickly found myself taking on more product management responsibilities as well. I still have experience with:

Multiple projects task management and delegation

In-app Marketing
One of our projects, PlantSnap, required extensive in-app marketing to grow and maintain its scale. As a result, we gradually expanded our services to include in-app marketing. For more than one year, I served as the primary driver of PlantSnap's marketing efforts until we hired a dedicated growth marketing expert.
Created content for multi-channel campaigns, including emails, native display ads, app store events, and push notifications
Set up campaigns in CleverTap across 10 languages and reaching up to 10-13 million sends

Quality Assurance
I served as the primary tester for all functionalities in two of the company's largest projects—PlantSnap (a plant identification app) and Totum.fit (a fitness app).
Conducted manual testing in TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing
Tested both front-end and back-end functionalities
Primarily experienced in mobile app testing, with some experience in small web projects
Built versions on iOS simulators for testing
Wrote detailed test scenarios
Collaborated with developers to debug issues
Logged bug issues and documented steps to reproduce
Softwares used: xcode, VS code, TestFlight, GitHub
